Today's Rich Quote

A good cash flow manager reviews his or her cash position daily, looking at cash sources and needs for the next week, month, and quarter.

Quote of the Day

"Our long-term economic prospects depend on how our corporate leaders run their businesses with honesty and transparency. Our economic interests also depend on how our trading partners, and especially the international investing institutions, perceive our standards of ethical behaviour. These perceptions, rightly or wrongly, determine to an extent whether foreign direct investments (FDI) come in or bypass us."

-- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi

Bush Get Nude In Museum?

A report say that Bush is not "suitable" to display as nude in Washington DC museum.
Don't you think is funny when it get to display at the 1st place.
Why they never think of the "unsuitable" before add the collection to the museum?

an the award goes to Mangari

She is Kenyan and dominated the Nobel Peace Price 2004 and simply just become a millionaire now with over a million dollar as reward for her work for Kenya.
The ecologists by practise say 'although I am a biologist, I have not done any research. I may not be able to say who developed the (HIV) virus but it was meant to wipe out the black race,"
So there is none of the Nobel Prize Award winner from South-east Asia country like Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand. We are hunger of this prestigious award recipient from this region and hope that it will happen in very near future.

Maria Rules In Korea

Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova easily outclassed Poland’s Marta Domachowska, 6-1, 6-1, on Sunday to claim the inaugural Korea Open.

Top-seeded Sharapova punished Domachowska with a barrage of powerful strokes to take her fifth career singles title in less than an hour at Seoul’s Olympic Park.

The 18-year-old Domachowska was contesting her first Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) final.

Russian teenager Sharapova, 17, gave away just 15 games throughout the tournament en route to the title.

Sunday’s final marked the second all-teen final of the year, after Sharapova beat 16-year-old Tatiana Golovin of France at Birmingham in June.

Biggest IPO of the year AirAsia

Tony Fernandes is the man who you can spotted that always dress down but his company, the low-budget air-frill company Airasia will will raise around RM1billion this year expected to be listed in November or December.
So far this year the biggest IPO is the KLCC Property and the OSKVI. As for investors all the IPO so far was a failure due to some reason. The uncertainties of the market and overvalue the market price. How far this statement is true the investors judge yourself.
As an investor myself, i do hope that this IPO will have a good response and going to have a "successful" listing.

Relaunch of Life Mag

Could Google Become The New Micrsoft???

What an interesting question that arise in this article called Google waiting in the wings to topple mighty Microsoft by Nick Clayton.
Google is an internet company that just launched their IPO that make the two young Standford Graduate Sergey Brin and Larry Page overnight millionaire. Word has been spreading around that soon we going to have Gbrowser where the URL address has been bought by Google.
Microsoft is the giant on operating system for personal computer which are still dominating the world market and the Bill Gates again is on the top on the Forbes World Richest list follow by the Warren Buffet.
But this year the list has the newcomer, the founder of Google. Google=internet, Microsoft=computer. The question of Google becoming Microsoft is really in reality. Who going to answer could the Sergey and Larry be the next Bill Gates?

Former Deputy PM Anwar Ibrahim Talk Asia Interview

It has been many issue arise in this interview about the "forget" and "forgive". The past, present and future of Datuk Seri actually can be filmed if this country is like U.S.A because after read it you can so many interesting story there for the past few year. A little of "Shawshank Redemption", more to like "Farenheit 9/11" and also "Wag The Dog". with a good director, producer and writer i think it will be a hit.
"Well I sing a lot in the morning-well so all the 60's songs from Elvis-, Paul Anka, Cliff Richard you keep on singing but of course in he bathroom. So you spend more time in the bathroom singing... And of course some Malay songs. You just keep yourself deeply occupied. To the extent that when I was released I realized oh my god-I didn't-I have not finished reading that... - or written some reviews. So you have to keep a very tight regime. And accept the fact that you are in for some time. You are fighting for a cause - and it's not only you but your family-close friends are being harassed and are in difficulty" say Datuk Seri.
The issue about ASTRO has rescheduled or replaced with others' interview obviously can't stop the society from knowing this interview with the help of internet.

Outsourcing picks up in Malaysia

Malaysia has been an ideal country for outsourcing a while. with this news i think it will be a good opportunity for all the IT profesional in this country to think of new strategy maybe new business or the new trend of freelance. "IDC, market research firm said outsourcing by Malaysian companies will rise at a compound annual growth rate of 27.2 percent over the next five years".
Malaysia has the the hitech big industry here say example Intel, Samsung, NTT, Shell, etc. we are one of the leading producer of the intel chip in the world. If this country is the one of the famous producer of PC example Dell, you think this country will be the same just like now?
we have lot of chips but where is the computer????????

PAS woos youths with all-male concert

what an interesting new move from the opposition party of Malaysia. the concert called Alternative Entertainment Night is pretty amused me because all the while the party are banning all kind of foreign singer to held concert in this country. what they claimed is to prevent the Muslim youth from exposed to social ills. just have a deep thought will this kind of "rock concert" prevent social ills?

Sharapova Into Final Again

This time is in Korean Open after she failed to advance to final in China Open. The Wimbledon Champion is really catching up a lot of attention now after her tremendous performance lately plus with her good looking where some reported that she is the new Anna who is also from Russia.
"But I just go out every match and play my game. I don't want to worry about my opponent." she says.

U2 New 10th Album

The album called "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb" which will be released on 23 November 2004. I think this will be a yet another great album following Bono involved in UN activites as we all know. I can't wait to see and listen to how the Bomb will Dismantle.

Today's Rich Qoute

If I am a doctor and I know how to work with one patient at a time only, there are just two ways for me to make more money. One is to work longer, and the other is to raise my rates. But if I keep my job and work in my spare time to find a drug that cures cancer, then I will become rich by serving many more people.

One bear is bad, two is ugly, three is un-bearable. One bull is good, two is comfort, three is a stampede.
